This innovative initiative focuses on skills sharing within the sector for the mutual benefit of Employers and Employees. Following careful planning and collaboration, employees are released from their roles for a fixed duration (half a day – 1 week) to learn skills provided by another employer. Increasing the skills range of employees improves access to opportunities for progression and promotion. At the same time, employers benefit from the new skill and fresh perspective the employee will bring to their business. SLA’s, risk assessments and MOU’s will be put in place between the employers to ensure both employees and employers protection.

Enhanced Apprenticeship delivery –  Using the SKILL SWAP model we work with small groups of employers to overcome the barriers many SME’s and micros face when trying to deliver Apprenticeships.
